Why we don’t sell or price this product online
As a company with a mission to enhance quality of life that holds honesty central to our core values, we want to be transparent with our customers about why some of our products are not priced online.
- Some of the more specialist products we sell like mobility scooters and active user wheelchairs have large specifications and need tailoring to the individual client. This is why we prefer to discuss pricing as part of your overall needs consultation, to give you the whole picture and help you make an informed decision.
- Our main priority in the sales process is to improve your quality of life, which is why we don’t hard-sell or recommend products just based on price reasons. We use our knowledge and experience to specify the best product for your needs, regardless of price.
- You can visit our Wetherby showroom to view our range of scooters and wheelchairs, or alternatively arrange a home visit to try out the product in your own home. This is completely no-obligation and we will follow up with a written quotation for you to consider.
- Some companies who offer very cheap prices online for similar products do not provide a backup or repair service. We operate entirely differently and provide a full package of aftersales support to ensure you get the maximum value from your equipment.
